Mint Chocolate Chip Ice CreamLeave a comment

For those of you that know me, growing up I had ice cream for dessert every night. Of course, it was only natural when I was registering for our wedding that we put an ice cream maker onto our registry. Blair and I made ice cream only once prior to this summer and honestly it did not turn out how I planned. The bowl wouldn’t fit on the mixer and it came out all runny. I was determined to master the art of ice cream making this summer. I tried several different flavors throughout the summer and I am proud of how they all turned out. This was the most recent flavor I decided to try out and perfect for the beginner ice cream maker. This recipe is not a custard based ice cream so it involves no eggs at all. All you do is simply combine the ingredients in a mixer and pour it into your ice cream maker. I have already told all my unmarried girlfriends that an ice cream attachment is a definite registry must if you are an ice cream fanatic!
