Cannoli DipLeave a comment

Looking for another additional dessert for your holiday party? This is a recipe that one of my colleagues made for our monthly salad bar, knowing cannolis are one of my husbands favorite food, I needed to have the recipe. I made this for my parents’ birthday dinner as another dessert for our family of 12 + granny :) We have quite the sweet tooth in our family so we need options. This recipe is quick, easy, and very delicious! One day I will be ambition and make actual cannolis, but hopefully this quick fix will hold Blair over for the time being!

Cannoli Dip
Recipe by Debby Horneff

What you’ll need:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 orange, zested
1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels

What you’ll do:
In a mixing bowl, add room temperature cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and stir until softened. Add vanilla extract and confectioners sugar to the bowl and incorporate well. Fold in orange zest and chocolate morsels. Chill and serve. My co-worker suggested serving it with scooby-doo graham cracker sticks.
