Another simple and easy appetizer for you. I got this idea from a dinner party that my husband’s advisor threw for him when he finished his PhD. So simple to make and a delicious bite! Thanks to my older sister, Cathleen, for lending me the adorable snowflake picks she found on super sale at Pottery Barn.

What you’ll need:
Your favorite meatball recipe
Slices of Parmesan cheese
Slices of roasted red peppers

What you’ll do:
Make and cook your meatballs, I did bite size ones. I cooked these the night before and just warmed them up prior to the guests arriving. Use a toothpick to skewer red pepper and Parmesan cheese, stick the toothpick into the meatball.
