Spicy Cheeseburger Dip2 Comments

I hope everyone had a great weekend filled with fun, food, and football! Let’s not forget the commercials as well! We gathered at my sister’s house to watch the big game while she cooked us up some delicious chili! I contributed this particular appetizer. A few weeks ago at salad bar, a co-worker introduced this delicious recipe to the group. I must confess I had several helpings. I always go back for the chips and dip! It is a twist on spicy queso dip with ground meat. Don’t be fooled by the picture, this recipe makes a ton. I was able to fill up my entire small corningware dish with the dip. It is ridiculously easy to make, all you need is a microwave. What delicious dishes did you whip up for the big game?
