I have discovered a love for toffee recently. I honestly never thought to pick up a bag of this goodness until my I sampled an apple dip at my sister-in-law’s shower. Ever since then I have been on the hunt to use these bits in any dessert possible. I have many new toffee recipes to try in the future, but just need to find some reasons to make them.
I am glad I finally found a reason to make this since it has been sitting in my recipe box forever. This is an incredibly easy dessert that looks impressive as well. It comes together very quickly and the layers work their magic with one another to bring you a delicious, light dessert. It is the perfect way to jazz up a boxed brownie recipe or your own homemade version. I love any type of dessert with pudding and cool whip for some reason so I obviously went back for seconds. Quick, easy, and delicious!
