Feeling like you are running out of time as the holiday is right around the corner. I am actually very thankful that this year we have the weekend in between us and Christmas. Usually I work up to the day before Christmas Eve, since it is my first year hosting someone was working in my favor. Now I have the weekend to prepare myself for hosting our in-laws and my brother-in-law for Christmas in New Jersey!
If you need a last minute dessert idea this Christmas, go ahead and make this dip. If rolling out sugar cookies isn’t in the cards this year, then make this alternative instead. Don’t be fooled by the picture, this recipe actually makes a ton! My suggestion would be to scale it back unless you have a crowd to feed. I brought in some for work and the picture shows you what is leftover. I was a bit worried the night I mixed this up since I thought the texture was a bit gritty, but once it sat overnight, those little particles dissolved resulting in a smooth dip. If tang from yogurt is not your thing, I bet you could go ahead and swap in cream cheese instead. Deliciousness doesn’t get any easier or quicker than this!

Sugar Cookie Dough Dip
3 cups sugar cookie mix
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup Cool Whip
In a large mixing bowl, use your hand mixer to mix the sugar cookie mix, yogurt, and Cool Whip. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles and serve with your favorite dipping vehicles!
